THE FOUNDING DAY

Our Artistic Director was hired and honored to play a crucial role in one of the Saudi State’s most prominent events: the historic Foundation Day parade. My responsibility encompassed coordinating and providing technical and artistic advice for the creation of eight magnificent floats, each representing a true masterpiece in itself. Among the eight splendorous floats, five of them stretched majestically across 17 meters, with an impressive width of 5 meters and an imposing height varying between 8 and 14 meters. In addition, three circular floats, with an enviable diameter of 7 meters and an approximate height of 12 meters, extolled the rich Saudi culture with meticulously designed details. My focus also encompassed the training of the skilled drivers who would carry the floats in the parade. In addition, I organized the protocol of the floats’ departure, ensuring that each float was presented in the parade with the majesty it deserved. I was also in charge of establishing a meticulous evacuation protocol, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved in this monumental event. The opportunity to contribute to this historic parade, with the fusion of art, culture and precise logistics, is something I deeply treasure. It was an honor to collaborate in the realization of an event that highlighted the grandeur and cultural richness of Saudi Arabia.
